Assalam o alaikum everyone..here I am uploading the most demanding recipe of shorba in ramadan in middle Eastern countries..
for which we need to have
meat mutton/beef/chicken : 2kgs with bones
crushed wheat : 4cups (soaked overnight)
oats: 2 cups
onions: 2 medium
green chillies: 7-8
gg paste: 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder: 1tsp
salt : 2 tsp
gram masala powder: 2tsp
cumin powder: 2 tsp
whole black paper: 10 -15
cinnamon powder: 2 tsp
butter n oil
firstly in a pan add mix of butter n oil n add onion fry them till golden brown then add meat with all spices except cinnamon powder.. at full flame till the meats colour changes..after that turn the flame to med low for 2 hours or meat perfectly done
in a separate pot add wheat and 2 tsp of salt
when wheat grains become half done add oats and after 5 mins add meat with bones and gravy.. mix it well add cinnamon powder and served with butter n fried onions on top..
