WELCOME TO YUMMY FOOD COLLECTION 🥭Mango Rashmalai Recipe 🥭 Ingredients : For chana / Ricotta : 1 - Liter milk 1 cup - plain yogurt 1 tsp ghee For misti : Chana / Ricotta 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp - Flour / Moida 1/8 tsp - Baking powder For sugar syrup : 2 cup - Water 1 cup - Sugar 3 cardamom For Malai / Rabri : 2 cup - Water 3/4 cup - powder milk 1/2 cup - Sugar 1/4 tsp - cardamom powder Pistachio Saffron In this video I made for you guys rasmalai misti (sweets). But I did it with a twist, I added mango puree which gives rasmalai a whole new flavor. Definetely try this recipe out in this summer.
