INGREDIENTS:
8 Oz Sen keo (Aloe vera noodle)
14 Oz Baby cuttlefish
7 Jumbo size shrimps
4 Oz ground pork
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup peanuts
1/3 cup Chinese celery
2 shallots
1 Roma tomato
SAUCE/DRESSING:
8 fresh Thai chilies
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp palm sugar syrup
3 tbsp fish sauce
2-1/2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp msg
