Shoulder Swimmers - SHOULDER MOBILITY or Weightlifting

Here is a great shoulder mobility exercise for Olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding, and general overhead mobility health. To do this, simply stand erect with the ribs down, hips neutral, and swim the shoulders overhead. You can also do this exercise lying prone on bench or on the floor for added mobility demands!
