Prawns Pepper Masala
1.Prawns-300 g
2.Shallots- 15 num thinly sliced
3.Ginger Garlic paste-1tbspn
4.Coconut- thinly sliced 1 tbspn
5.Green Chilly - 1nos
6.Curryleaves
7.Tomato-1 nos thinly sliced
8.Coconut oil
9.Salt
10.Turmeric Powder-1 tspn
11 Coriander Powder-1 tsp
12Garam masala - 1/2 tspn
13.Pepper Powder-3 tspn
Method
Heat a pan and add coconut oil and saute the shallots, green chilly, coconut.When it is 3/4th cooked add ginger garlic pasten saute it well. Add all the spices n saute till raw smell disappear. Add the prawns and a water to cook the prawns nicely. Cook it for 15 minutes. Before turning off the flame add the curry leaves & garam masala. Prawns Pepper fry is ready.
