Egg - 6 no.
Onion - 4 no.
Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
Nutmeg (Jaifal) Powder - ½ tsp
Chopped Tomato - 1 cup
Curd - ½ cup
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 cup
Cinnamon - 1 piece
Mace - 1 piece
Caraway Seed (Sahjeera) - 2 tsp
Bay leaf - 2-3 no.
Cardamom - 5-6 no.
Biryani masala - ½ tbsp
Clove
For RICE
Rice - 3 cup
Water - 3 litres
Cinnamon - 1 piece
Bay leaf - 2-3 no.
Salt to taste
Oil - 2tbsp
For LAYERING
Mint Leave - 2-3 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Rose water - 10 ml
Saffron milk - 3-4 tbsp
Kewra water - 10 ml
Food color
Fried Onion 2-3 tbsp
