@ferrevanham64163 years ago Be careful with kegel exercises and don' t overdo contractions. It can cause hyper tension in the pelvic floor and as the doctor pointed out a relaxed pure speculation but i think the mixed numbers on the benefit of it comes from wrong use of the exercise, people get prescribed contracting it as their only exercise which can have the reverse effect thus cause mixed numbers. I would like to see more studies on the effect of man practising both contraction and outward pushing of the pelvis instead of the unbalanced act most men do. ...Expand 6

There seems to be a difference between erection and ejaculation (emission) exercise, eat well, and pray, pray, and pray. id="hidden35" god certainly have a hand in our sexual acts than partners? It is ok to last less than 5 mins for the first round, but the second round can be one hour for me. If you have sex everyday or the next, it will naturally be more than 5 mins even the first round.
