@shilikhamanukrishnan77123 years agoBy sticking on to you diet plan, i have lost 6 kg in one month. Thank you so much. i have seen soo much ups and downs in my w8 since last id="hidden5" 6 years. During my marriage i was 65, due to thyroid, i increased to 78 in few months, by exercise i reduced to 71 that time, i got pregnant first time. By the time of delivery i increased to 90kg. With my gal, looking after her i reduced to 64. Then that time, i neglected having my medicine, so increased to 72. That time i got second time pregnant and i increased my w8 to 95kg by the end of my second pregnancy. I worked out a lot but my w8 stuck to 81-82 kg. After that i tried avoiding rice and reduced to 78. But that w8 was stuck. Even after doing walking and workout it was not moving a bit. That time i saw ur vid and got inspired by you. I follow your diet plan with once in a while having a cheat meal. I go to zumba and in a month i reduced to 72 from 78. ...Expand25
