@jackieminton28553 years ago Vitamin E has been a life saver for me. He says that studies show there is no effect when it comes to use on the skin. My personal experience (and that of many others) says very differently. I have had eczema for most of my life and vitamin E overnight healed one of my worst bouts. @JDRahim3 years ago im not sure abt this episode, cuz ive been using vit e cream for years now, it relief my skin irritation, as much as a skin brightening ingredients, plus keep my skin supple with no excessive oil buildup, its my go to product for any skin issues...if you ask for a fast result, dont use vit e, but if u want a slowly but surely anti aging product, vit e is my answer. ... 174

After a month, I stop using it because my skin feel so irritated 👀 and it’s so hard for a student to keep vit c refrigerated 🤭. Ngl i feel jealous on people who have a great experience with vit e. 1. Research proves that Vit E is effective when used orally, topically there's not much result difference. />2. High dosage does not mean better. There's % population that have contact dermatitis so skin reacts negatively to high dosage of Vit E.
3. Combine Vit E with antioxidant, e.g. Vit C to get effective results, hence reduce skin irritation.
Just don't know what the fuss is about in the comment section. I completely agree with Dr Ingky. ... 25

@mistyblue1221last year I use vitamin E oil from the capsules on my scar from an accident. It does help alot, it is starting to fade. Don't expect it work overnight, consistency will get you results. I sometimes mix it with coco butter. 1
