Ang Sinabawang Corned Beef na may Patatas ay siguradong magugustuhan ng buong pamilya. Hindi lng sya basta ginisa, dinagdagan pa ng pataas para masustansya. Isa na naman po itong Tipid Ulam na pwedeng ulit-ulitin.

Ingredients:
1 can Corned Beef (150g)
1 medium potato, cubed
1 piece onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
*Heat oil in a pan.
*Sauté garlic and onion until the texture gets soft.
*Add pepper.
*Add the corned beef. Stir and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
*Slide the potato into the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
*Pour water. Let it boil.
*Turn off the heat then transfer to a serving plate and serve.
