Method 1. Remove the peanut skin. Transfer to mixie jar add 3 cardamom and grind to a coarse powder. 2. In a pan add sugar with quarter cup of water to get a syrup of one thread consistency 3. Add ground peanuts mix well without lumps. 4. Add milk and 1 tbsp of ghee mix well and cook till the mixture will separate the pan, stirring continuously at frequent intervals. 5. Spread onto the ghee greased plate and smoothen the surface. Garnish with grated almonds and pista press gently and leave it for 30 minutes. After 30 mins cut into squares or diamond shape and store.
