Hi guys! Here's my favorite Pork Binagoongan recipe. This savory-salty and delicious dish is always a hit in my household. It's pork, stewed and simmered in salted shrimp, tomatoes, and vinegar to name a few. I added lemon juice and brown sugar to balance the saltiness of salted shrimp and add more flavor to the dish. PORK BINAGOONGAN INGREDIENTS:
760 grams Pork belly, cut into bite-size pieces
4 C Water
41 grams Ginger, peeled
1 tsp Whole Peppercorn
2 Tsp Salt
2 1/2 tbsp Salted Shrimp Paste
5-6 Chili
6 cloves Garlic
Half of medium-size Red Onion
3 tbsp White Vinegar
1 Tomato
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
3 tbsp Cooking oil
