Yum! This tuna noodle salad recipe turned out SO good and it was SO easy. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups elbow noodles
3/4 of an onion
1 cup of frozen peas
1-2 celery stalks
12 oz can tuna, drained
1/3 cup mayo
Salt & pep to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook the noodles, drain them, and let them cool off.
2. Add 1-2 tbsp of water to the bowl of peas. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and microwave for 30 more seconds. Drain.
2. Chop onion and celery.
3. Once the pasta is cooled, place into a large bowl. Add the onions, peas, and celery. Mix.
4. Add mayo, salt, and pepper. Mix again.
That's it! So easy, affordable, and delicious. ENJOY!
