@sashakupetsky3 years ago repo apps ... Have same symptoms. Changed the caps, put a clean memory - no luck. I will support your channel with a donation, just help me. I also did not have 12 V only 9,6V coming from PS. I did change the STR. Now 12V OK. Other TV tech said a clean memory should work, because this memory store only the custom settings. Are you sure I have to program it? Can you send me the dump? ...

@GeorgeGeorge-xj2bc5 years ago A friend brought me for repair the same tv with led blinking and blue light in the bottom always on and the capacitors have been already changed previously by another technician.Bad luck,i think maybe is the flash firmware corrupted.I heat it up with a heat gun but makes no difference. ...
