Like Sub and Share!!! #carrotcakerecipe #bakingfail #easybakingrecipe Carrot Cake Recipe: INGREDIENTS: in order of process •Carrots whole (finely grated) •Flour 2 1/2 cups •Cinnamon 2 tsp •All spice 1/4 tsp •Salt 1tsp •Baking powder 1 tsp •Baking soda 1/2 tsp Mix these dry ingredients^ •Brown sugar packed 1 cup •Sugar 1/2 cup •3 eggs Mix these wet ingredients^ •Slowly add in vegetable oil 1 cup gradually Then gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients •Raisins 1 cup mix in 1 1tbs of Flour to raisins then add into mixture •Add in grated carrots •mix in crushed pineapple 1 cup Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins FROSTING: •Butter 1 cup (room temp) •Cream cheese 12 oz (room temp) •Vanilla 1 1/2 tsp Mix these all up •Powered sugar 2 cups ( mix in gradually ‘1/2 cup at a time’)
