Ingredients:
• Milk – 1 liter
• Sugar – 1 cup + ¼ cup + 1 tsp
• Water - 1 ¼ th cup
• Maida – 1 tbsp
• Rava – 1 tsp
• Cardamom powder – 1 tsp (optional)
• Water + vinegar – 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Method:
1. In a thick bottom pan, pour milk and heat it.
2. Now add water and vinegar mixture slowly and keep stirring.
3. Switch off stove.
4. Now pour it on a muslin cloth and strain it.
5. Squeeze excess water.
6. Now pour fresh water to remove the tartness from vinegar and appx. I used 1 and half liter water to clean paneer.
7. Now squeeze tight and put some weight on it, so it removes all water.
8. Place the paneer dough on a plate add maida, rava, cardamom powder and sugar.
9. Incorporate every-thing and make a nice dough of it.
10. Now make small ball of the paneer dough.
11. Now in a pan add sugar, water.
12. Bring it to boil.
13. Add paneer balls and close lid and reduce temperature to medium and cook for 10 min.
14. Remove the cover and cook thill sugar syrup is thick in consistency.
15. Take each ball and roll it in sugar and cool it.
16. Enjoy the delicious sweet.
