Scooter Thieves Go To School

The other way I was on my way to meet with a group of friends when I come across a pair of Scooter Thieves on a moped riding around in London with no helmet on. I only realised who and what they were after a while when I caught up with them and noticed the pilion on the back didn't have a helmet on. The first reaction is to intervene but at the end of the day it might just be youths riding around having fun, even if that was not my gut feeling. Here is the story and I hope that this serves as an educational video to show that thieves are everywhere and that you should always lock your belongings and look out for yourselves.
