Here is a easy, hassle free recipe of Ghewar that you can easily cook at home and enjoy the festivities with your family. आमतौर पर घेवर राजस्थान में काफी प्रसिद्ध है। सावन और राखी के त्यौहार पर हर घर में मिलने वाला घेवर सभी को पसंद होता है। इसके लिए अब आपको सावन या राखी का इंतजार करने की जरूरत नहीं है। जी हां, इसे आप एक घंटे में घर में भी बना सकते हैं। INGREDIENTS: For Rabri: * Milk (दूध) - 1/2 Cup * Sugar (चीनी) - 3 Tbsp For Sugar Syrup: * Sugar (चीनी) - 150 Grams * Water (पानी) - 1/2 Cup * Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) - 2-3 Drops * Cardamom (इलायची) - 2-3 * Rosewater (गुलाब जल) - Optional For Ghevar: * Ghee (घी) * Ice cubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े) - 15 Cubes * Milk (दूध) - 1/2 Cup * All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 2 Cup/150-175 Gram * Gram flour ( बेसन) - 1 Tbsp * Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) - 1 Spoon * Dry fruits (सूखे मेवे) * Saffron (केसर) How to make Ghevar :- For Rabri/Malai, in a pan, put Milk for boiling. Put some Sugar & boil it till it turns thick. Then keep it for cooling down & keep the thick Milk in the fridge. For Sugar Syrup, in a pan, put Sugar & Water, when Sugar gets melted, put some Lemon Juice, Cardamom & Rose Water then make the Sugar Syrup of 1 string. For Ghevar, take a mixer jar, put Ghee, Ice Cubes & whisk them. Then put some Milk & Mix it again. Then put All-Purpose Flour in it gradually & whisk it again & again by adding Chilled Water in it. Put some Lemon juice also & make a loose batter. Take out it in a steel bowl & place the steel bowl on an ice-cold water bowl. Keep a vessel on the flame, put Refined Oil/Ghee in it for heating & put the batter in it gradually as shown in the video. Keep the fried Ghevar on a strainer, put Sugar Syrup & Rabri on the Ghevar then garnish it with chopped Pistachios, Saffron & Silver Leaf.
