Kindergarten Math 1.5, Model and Count to 5

We show 5 with counters and a five frame. We trace the number 5 right and left-handed. We circle the five frame that has 5 counters. When the five frame is full, we know there are 5. We circle the groups of 5 that we see. We show the numbers and words for 1 through 5. Some writers will disagree with my methods and direction. That's okay. The important thing is the outcome of the letters. Are they legible? Is it comfortable to write?
