Video of The cage Opt out Mechanical meter advanced Grounding system

The Smart Meter has been tested to put out a 900 MHz frequency and sometimes a ZigBee 2.4GHz. The Smart meter does not have a filter against MEP added to the grid 300 to 350 Khz. We added a bigger Hwy to the cage system to allow a bigger HYW to the house grounding system. The transients can be picked up by the utility to know what device or appliance you are using in the house. I miss spoke its a mechanical Meter which last 40 years to watch over the Digital opt out meter to make sure the digital does not take the highest peak voltage and spread it out over 15 minutes, then calculate the highest peak charge
