Modernized Otis/Schindler Hydraulic Main Elevator at The Vendue Hotel in Charleston, SC

Filmed in March 2019. This is located in the same place with Schindler Express Hydraulic Elevator! This however is the Main Elevator that serves the Hotel floors, and is the original Elevator to the hotel as the 330A that goes straight up to the restaurant was added on at a later date. As you can see, judging by the door jam and door track, this is a former Otis Lexan, but modernized likely by Schindler judging by the brailles and the fact they installed the other Elevator here. The elevator mod with the White LEDs on the buttons as well as the New Cab are all very nice, and I'm glad the Hydraulic Motor Pump is still original, but I would've liked to see the Lexan buttons original. Still though, for a modernization, it's a pretty nice one and could've been a lot worse. As always, I hope you enjoy! Installed in Circa 1970s.
