Freewing F-18 Cloudy Flight Session HD 60fps

Flight testing resumes with the Freewing F-18! On this occasion we had a very beautiful cloudy backdrop so the videos came out really wel! :) I'm still getting used to flying this jet. It is pretty new to me and has flight dynamics very different to those of the Freewing Su-35 and/or Eurofighter, so I am pushing the limits of the flight envelope and experiment with extreme moves and attitudes to learn how the jet reacts, what it does well and what it does not like. This means the video is full of 'ugly' maneuvers that didn't come out as planned but these may also give you an insight into how this plane flies at the limits of its capabilities so I'm keeping them in. I am also slowly moving CG further aft to improve performance. These were flights 11th to 14th with 'Lucía'. ;) Jet: Freewing F/A-18C Hornet "Base Gray" High Performance 90mm EDF Jet (PNP version, with modifications).
