Karahi Masala:
2 Medium Onions
4-6 Large Tomatoes
4-6 Green Chillies
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 cup Water
2-3 tbsp or as required Oil for Bhoonafying
1 tsp Cumin Seeds - Sorry for the typo in the video
2 Black Cardamoms
2 small Cinnamon Sticks
Extra 1 Large Onion to add at the end - Optional
Seekh Kabab:
1-2 tbsp Oil to roll kababs & cook
1/2 kg Chicken or Mutton Mince
1 small Onion (grated)
1 slice of bread (crumbled)
1.5 tsp Coriander Powder for Chicken - 2.5 tsp Coriander Powder for Mutton
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - Use more for more spicy kababs
