It' s so there must be a follow up story that deals with the arrest and jailing of the perpetrators, and they should also engage all the stakeholders involved. Traditional associations, tribal authorities, regional and national. The body that issues the traditional healers the certification to practice needs to be engaged as well. So are the police.
