I wanted to make cherry tart using fresh cherries before summer ends. Sweet cherry pairs so well with bitter dark chocolate ganache. When I went to France, I picked up some cherries on the street from an old farmer. I still remember that was the sweetest cherry I ever tasted. I don’t know why that was so memorable. Was it that the actual cherry was so tasty, or that I was in France? I still always think about that moment whenever I see cherries at the store. I hope you make this treat for yourself too, enjoy!
